Northeast Claims Resolution Specialists is owned and operated by Raymond Kelley, who has over 36 years of experience in homeowner claims.
Mr. Kelley earned his Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America and Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) from the American Educational Institute. He is certified as both an Appraiser and Umpire by the Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association (IAUA). Mr. Kelley is a licensed adjuster in 16 States including CT, RI, ME, VT, NH & NY.
During his thirty-six year career, Raymond held adjusting and management positions with major insurance companies.
His adjusting experience spans eighteen years, including nine years as a General Adjuster handling large value weather, water, fire, and pollution losses at Nationwide Insurance. This includes catastrophe deployments for major weather events.
Prior to starting Northeast Claims Resolution Specialists, he was Manager of Claims Operations, Northeast Property Field at USAA, managing a team of Property Field Adjusters in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire.
Mr. Kelley is a skilled negotiator with over three decades of handling building damage claims, so he’s able to listen and decipher key points to bring resolution on even the most complex issues.
He has extensive experience in the Appraisal Process and Massachusetts Reference Process.
